A PORTFOLIO of 32 freehold city-fringe shophouses located along Lavender Street and Serangoon Road has been launched for sale by public tender at a guide price of S$138 million, marketing agent JLL announced on Wednesday.
Resale prices of non-landed homes in June increased around 0.2 per cent from the month before; meanwhile, volumes tumbled 25.5 per cent, according to the latest flash estimates by real estate portal SRX Property.
